How It Works

- Not happy? — Contact us at support@grillmate.shop within 30 days of delivery.
- Get a full refund — We'll refund your purchase price. No questions asked.
Return Process
Email support@grillmate.shop with subject line "REFUND – [Order Number]". We'll respond within 24 hours with instructions. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately with a photo. We'll send a replacement at no cost — no need to return the damaged item.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To get a different item, place a new order and request a refund for the original.
